Bean Tostadas 🌮
Crunchy toasted corn tortillas stacked with creamy mashed beans, cool crisp lettuce, and all the fresh fixings.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat the oven to 425°F. Brush the tortillas with the oil, spread on a sheet pan, and bake until crisp and golden, flipping once, about 8 minutes.
