- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Heat the oven to 400°F. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the centers with a spoon, leaving 1/4-inch walls. Chop the scooped flesh.

Brush the zucchini with olive oil, season with salt, and bake cut side up on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
