Black Bean Burger with Crispy Fries 🍟
Seasoned black bean patties with a crispy exterior and hearty texture, perfect alongside homemade fries.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.5 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 potatoes
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper

Drain and rinse beans. Mash half of them in a bowl.

Add whole beans, rice, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, egg, cumin, and chili powder. Mix until combined and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
