Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 red onion
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix the Worcestershire, salt, and pepper into the beef and shape into 4 dimpled patties.

Heat a 12-inch skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Cook the patties 4 minutes on the first side without pressing.
