  • 2 medium Potato
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt

    Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove, crumble, and set aside.

    Add diced potatoes and onion to the skillet with 2 tablespoons butter and cook without stirring for 5 minutes until potatoes brown on bottom.

    Stir and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until potatoes are crispy and mostly tender, then add bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
