Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

    Chop cauliflower into florets. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

    Sauté diced onion until golden, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.

    Stir in garam masala and turmeric, cook 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes with juices.

    Add cauliflower florets and 0.5 cup water. Bring to simmer, cover, and cook 15-18 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
