Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 8 cups lettuce
- 3 jalapeños
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup cotija cheese
- 1 lime
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
