  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup gruyere
  • 0.5 cup parmesan
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • Salt and black pepper
