Chicago Style Hot Dogs 🌭
All-beef dogs dragged through the garden with pickles, tomatoes, onions, and a shake of celery salt, Chicago's famous no-ketchup classic.

- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 4 pickles
- 4 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 4 pickled sport peppers
- 1/2 tsp celery salt

Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer, add the hot dogs, and heat 5 to 7 minutes until plump. Do not boil hard.

Slice the tomato into thin half-moons, dice the onion, and cut the pickles into spears.
