Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Steak cutlets
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Panko
- 3 lbs Potato
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
