  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Fresh basil
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

    Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes.
