  • 4 oz ham
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt

    Dice ham, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces.

    Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.

    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in half the eggs and let sit for 30 seconds, then gently push eggs toward center as they set, tilting pan so uncooked egg flows to edges.
