  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    Heat the oven to 400°F. Pat the tenderloin dry and rub with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

    Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 6 minutes.

    Mash the softened butter with the minced garlic and spread it all over the top of the tenderloin.
