Gnocchi with Mushroom Ragu 🥔

- 12 oz mushrooms
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh thyme
- Salt
- Black pepper
