- 4 pork chops
- 4 ears corn
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime

Heat a grill to medium-high, about 450°F. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Shuck the corn and melt the butter with minced garlic in a small pan.

Grill the chops 4 to 5 minutes per side until they reach 145°F inside.

Meanwhile grill the corn, turning every 2 minutes, until charred in spots, about 10 minutes total.
