Pepperoni Calzone 🥟
A golden pocket of dough stuffed with molten mozzarella, ricotta, and pepperoni, served with warm marinara for dunking.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta
- 8 oz mozzarella
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce

Heat the oven to 450°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

Mix the ricotta, shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and italian seasoning in a bowl.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into an 8-inch round.

Spoon the cheese filling onto half of each round, layer on the pepperoni, and leave a 1-inch border.

Fold the dough over, press and crimp the edges tightly, and cut a small vent in each top.
