Pork Chops with Garlic and Thyme 🥩
Thick-cut pork chops pan-seared golden, finished in a pan sauce of garlic, thyme, and white wine for an elegant yet simple supper.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1.5 inches thick)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Pat pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in wine and stock, stirring to deglaze.
