Soy Glazed Halibut with Bok Choy 🐟

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Halibut fillets
- 4 cups Bok Choy
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Pat halibut fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear halibut 3 minutes per side until cooked through.

Remove halibut and add 2 tablespoons butter to the pan. Add bok choy and minced garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
