  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 burger buns
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 0.25-inch fries. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
