- 2 cups Mushroom
- 2 cups Spinach
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat and sauté mushrooms until golden, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then stir in spinach until wilted, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper, add 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet, and pour in eggs.
