  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
