Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Heat butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
