- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice cauliflower head vertically into 1-inch thick steaks. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
