  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper
