  • 1 head broccoli
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

    Boil the ziti in salted water until al dente, dropping the broccoli florets in for the last 3 minutes, then drain.
