  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Scallion

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

    Cut chicken thighs into 2-inch chunks and toss in marinade. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
