Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Scallion
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Pat pork dry and season with salt and pepper on all sides.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork on all sides for 8 minutes until browned.
