  • 3 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 Carrot
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Scallion

    Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

    Finely mince carrot and combine with soy sauce, mirin, and minced garlic.

    Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

    Add minced carrot, soy mixture, and frozen peas to chicken. Simmer for 3 minutes.
