Classic Taco Salad 🥗
Crisp lettuce loaded with warm seasoned beef, cheddar, and crunchy tortilla chips, the salad that eats like a taco.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tortillas

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the tortillas into strips, spread on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake until crisp, about 8 minutes.
