  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
