Crispy Hash Skillet 🍳
Browned potatoes, bacon, and caramelized onions topped with a fried egg, all cooked in one skillet for weeknight ease.

- 1 lb potatoes
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper

Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes and chop bacon into small pieces.

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 6 minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving 2 tablespoons fat in pan.

Add diced potatoes and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes, then stir and continue cooking until golden and tender, about 8 minutes. Don't stir too often; let them brown.

Add sliced onion and cook until soft and caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Stir in bacon and cheese. Make 3 wells in the hash and crack an egg into each.
