  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 scallions
  • jasmine rice for serving

    Slice pork tenderloin very thinly, about 1/4 inch. Mince garlic finely.
