  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 4 scallions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

    Slice beef against the grain into thin pieces. Beat egg in a bowl and mix cornstarch with salt.

    Dip beef pieces in egg, then coat with cornstarch. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
