  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

    Cut chicken breast into 1-inch chunks. Beat eggs in a bowl and mix cornstarch with salt.

    Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat with cornstarch. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Working in batches, fry chicken until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes total per batch. Remove and set aside.
