Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry 🥘

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 4 scallions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips. Slice bell pepper and cut broccoli into florets.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook beef in batches for 3-4 minutes per batch. Set aside.

Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Return beef to skillet and pour sauce over.
