Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp ground ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 scallions

    Slice pork tenderloin into 1/4-inch thick slices.

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add pork in batches and cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

    Cut broccoli into florets and chop bell pepper. Add to skillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
