Honey Sriracha Chicken 🌶️
Crispy chicken bites lacquered in a sweet-heat honey sriracha glaze that keeps forks coming back.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 scallion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces, pat dry, and toss with the cornstarch until evenly coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken in a single layer for 4 minutes undisturbed until crisp underneath.

Flip and cook 4 minutes more until golden all over and 165°F.

Whisk the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic together and pour into the pan.
