Juicy Turkey Burgers 🍔
Lean turkey patties kept moist with onion and a touch of mayo, proof that a lighter burger can still be the star of dinner.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Grate the onion and mince the garlic. Mix them into the turkey with the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until just combined.

Shape into 4 patties about 3/4 inch thick and press a dimple into the center of each.

Heat a lightly oiled 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties 5 minutes on the first side until deeply browned.
