Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 sub rolls
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Italian seasoning

    Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Form into 12 balls, about 1.5 inches diameter.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Brown meatballs on all sides, about 8 minutes.

    Add marinara sauce and simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
