Pineapple Upside Down Cake 🍍

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt 0.33 cup butter in a 9-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with 0.5 cup brown sugar. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.

Cream 0.25 cup softened butter with 0.75 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in 2 eggs one at a time, then 0.75 tsp vanilla.
