  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 apples
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt and black pepper

    Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
