Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese 🧀
Smoky BBQ pulled pork and sharp melted cheddar griddled between crispy buttered bread, the ultimate leftover upgrade.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 8 slices sourdough
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt

Heat the oven to 300°F. Slice the onion and lay it in a baking dish. Rub the pork with brown sugar, smoked paprika, and salt and set it on top.

Pour half the BBQ sauce over the pork, cover tightly with foil, and bake 60 to 70 minutes until it shreds easily with a fork.
