  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 8 slices sourdough
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
