  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika

    Halve and seed bell peppers, place cut-side down on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.

    Roast at 400 degrees F until skin is charred, about 25 to 30 minutes.
