Sausage Stuffing Skillet 🍞
Warm, herb-scented stuffing loaded with pork sausage, celery, and sage, baked in one cast-iron skillet until golden and crispy on top.

- 1 lb sausage
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 8 cups bread cubes
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
