Steak Salad With Blue Cheese 🥗
Warm slices of seared steak over crisp greens with blue cheese crumbles and a tangy balsamic drizzle.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 lb steak
- 5 oz arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 red onion
- 0.5 cup blue cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Pat the steak dry and season with the salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side to 130°F for medium rare.
