Seasoned beef and melted cheddar baked on pizza crust, then showered with cool crisp taco toppings.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Heat the oven to 475°F and let the dough rest at room temperature.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, about 6 minutes, then drain and stir in chili powder, cumin, and 1/4 cup salsa.
