  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • 0.75 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup mirin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss broccoli with 1 tablespoon sesame oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
