Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Form mixture into a loaf shape and place in a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan or shape on a rimmed baking sheet.

    Mix remaining tomato sauce with 1 tablespoon water and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Let rest for 10 minutes.
