Beef Bulgogi Noodles 🍜
Tender bulgogi beef tossed with chewy noodles and sesame oil, a one-bowl meal that tastes restaurant-quality at home.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 2 scallions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Slice beef sirloin into thin strips. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add beef and marinade, cooking until beef is browned and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
