Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp ground ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

    Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.
